If you would like to see if we might work well together, send me an email and we can arrange an initial session to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and what some of your hopes may be for the process.

 

Feeling comfortable with your therapist is a big part of getting started- an initial session is a chance for you to see if we are a ‘good fit’ and there’s no obligation to commit to further sessions.
