Psychotherapy and Counselling

I work with clients in weekly 50 minute sessions, in open ended, long term and short term contexts and for a range of presenting issues. I also offer therapy to counsellors and psychotherapists in the course of their training.

EMDR

I offer EMDR for a range of issues and for both single event traumas and complex traumas.

EMDR sessions may range from 50-90 minutes per session, and work may be time limted or open ended.

Supervision

I offer supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors, and to non-therapeutic teams and individuals working in health, social care and advocacy.  Sessions may be fortnightly or monthly and last between 50 minutes and 3 hours.
